Data processing agreement

Parties and roles
The customer is the controller of connected data; Tessel GmbH is the processor. This agreement forms part of the terms of service.

Instructions
Tessel processes personal data only to provide the Service and on documented instructions, including the sync rules configured in the workspace.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, SSO on Team and above, access logging, and an annual third-party audit. A summary of measures is available on request.
Sub-processors
Listed on the privacy page. Customers may object to a new sub-processor within thirty days of notice.
Deletion
On termination, workspace data is deleted within thirty days; backups within ninety.
