Billing
Paid plans are billed yearly or monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime; the plan runs until the end of the period. Refunds are handled case by case, quickly.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to process data you are not allowed to process, to attack the Service or to resell access without an agreement.
Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
German law, courts of Berlin. Consumers keep the protections of their home jurisdiction.
