Why we stopped building dashboards
Every dashboard is a promise that someone will keep it current. Nobody does. Here is what we built instead.

A dashboard answers the question someone had the day it was built. Six months later the metric moved, the owner left, and the chart still updates every morning with nobody looking at it.
Read the sources, not the summary
Tessel shows the rows where the work actually happens: the ticket, the invoice, the document. The summary is one click away, but it is never the thing you look at first.
We deleted our own dashboards in March. Nobody noticed for two weeks.
